Postage & Payment Gemstone Jewellery
Welcome to the Gemstone Jewellery online shop, where you can purchase beautiful sterling silver jewellery, carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. Silver gemstone earrings, necklaces, pendants, and bracelets, are created in a wide range of semi-precious gemstones, complimented with pretty pearls and crystals.
Payment
Payment can be made using all major credit/ debit cards, paypal, cheque, or postal order. We use paypal to securely process all of our online debit/credit card payments, and all jewellery orders are despatched within 48 hours.
Postage Charges
We offer a flat rate postage cost of £1.80 per order, to all our UK customers.
A flat rate postage cost of £3.25 per order, is charged to our customers in Europe, Australia, and the USA.
Returns
We are always happy to help with an exchange or a refund of an item. Our products are made to the highest standard, but in the unlikely event that an item of jewellery is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. The item should be returned in it's original condition and packaging, within 7 days for an exchange or full refund.
